Seasonal Farm Hands

Our seasonal farm hands work our events that we host at the Back Forty which include Spring festival, Farm Camp, Summer festival, field trips, and our Fall fun on the farm. A few of the positions are listed below.
Admissions Team
As part of our Admissions Team, you’ll be the first friendly face guests see when they arrive at the farm. From welcoming visitors and scanning tickets to helping them understand the layout of the farm and answering questions, you play a key role in creating a positive first impression. Your energy and attitude help shape the experience our guests will have from the moment they walk through the gate.

Food Team:
You will be a part of the food team that works to provide delicious, quality food to our customers. In this position, you will be working in a very fast paced environment dedicated to keeping our customers fed, hydrated, and happy! We have multiple food/drink stations such as the feed barn, waterin hole, and ice cream trailer

Farm Store:
Your job is to keep the Farm Store stocked and to interact with customers as they enter/exit. Your days will include re-stocking low inventory items, keeping things organized, and providing an excellent customer service experience to anyone who comes in the Farm Stores as well as dipping and serving ice cream.

Farm Store
Creamery/Office
Our Farm Store Team plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for every guest who visits. From scooping ice cream and stocking shelves to assisting customers with purchases and answering questions about our products, this position helps showcase the best of what our farm has to offer. Team members are expected to provide friendly, efficient service while keeping the store clean, organized, and fully stocked.
This position requires availability to work every other Friday and Saturday. Reliability during these scheduled weekends is essential. Also available during our seasonal events throughout the year.

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our farm team in a dual-role position working in both our creamery and office. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization, and loves being part of a small agricultural business.
This role requires someone who can move between food production support and administrative tasks while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and accuracy.
This is a part time position with 10-15 hours and could be very flexible on hour except during our events. You MUST be available to work ALL of our scheduled events.
🥛 Creamery Responsibilities​​
