Public/Private 
Schools

  • Farm will be open 9-1

  • Fee: $12 per person (teachers and bus drivers free)

  • Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday

  • Oct. 1st- Nov. 7th

  • Reservations are required 

  • Schools with a minimum of 100 students can book a PRIVATE field trip day ​

  • sack lunches are welcome, or you can preorder lunches

Homeschool Day

 If you are a homeschool family or co-op, we will have a Homeschool Field Trip Day specifically for you to visit the farm.

Fee: $12 per visitor ages 3+

Must purchase tickets online

Spots are limited

*Concession will be open with snacks and our field trip lunch menu but outside food or drinks are welcome (no ice chest).

THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT FIELD TRIPS TO THE FARM

  • Payment is due the day of field trip.  

  • Field trips will have a scheduled rotation assigned to each teacher. Please keep your group together as you rotate stations. Each station will be approximately 15-20 minutes long.

  • Please have your ice chest and lunch boxes at the back of the bus if you would like a farm hand to unload these items for you. 

  • The feed barn will be open for drinks, snacks, and field trip lunches. Lunches must be preordered. 

  • Farm store will be open.

  • We recommend close toe shoes.

  • Parents and siblings are welcome. Please arrive at least 10-15 min earlier then students to get your wrist bands and place your meal orders.

  • ​In the event of inclement weather field trips will be rescheduled. 

  • You will receive a confirmation email once you book. Please let us know if you do not receive your email within a few days

Directions to the farm

Field trips will be held at the Back Forty. 

 PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THE FARM STORE ENTRANCE!!!!​

Our farm has two entrances. One entrance is the farm store entrance, and the other entrance is The Back Forty entrance. The Back Forty entrance is the 2nd entrance with a sign saying Back Forty. Follow this road into the gate and down through the field until you see the designated parking area.
